Vijayi Bharat Foundation Para shooter Clinches Gold in Men’s 10m Air Rifle Standing SH1 at WSPS World Cup Al Ain 2025

In a commanding display of precision and composure, Vijayi Bharat Foundation (VBF) Para shooter Kavin Kengnalkar delivered a gold-medal performance in the R1 Men’s Team event – 10m Air Rifle Standing SH1 event at 2025 Para Shooting World Cup in Al Ain. The team posted a combined score of 1838.7 including Kavin’s 612.6, securing the top podium spot and reaffirming India’s growing dominance in para shooting.
Expressing thoughts on the achievement, VBF Shooting Coach, Jeevan Lal Rai said “This performance is a testament to their relentless discipline and unshakable focus. In a sport where millimeters define victory, these young men showed the heart of champions. I couldn’t be prouder of how they handled the pressure and delivered when it mattered most.”
The Indian shooting trio consisted of Ishank Ahuja, Kavin Kengnalkar, and Deepak Saini. The victory not only adds to India’s medal tally but also boosts morale ahead of upcoming international competitions.
