Vijayi Bharat Foundation to Field 13 Judokas at Junior National Judo Championships

The upcoming Junior National Judo Championships 2025–26, scheduled from 23rd to 26th January 2026 at the Dumurjala Indoor Stadium, Howrah, is set to feature a strong contingent from the Vijayi Bharat Foundation (VBF).
VBF will send a 13-member squad, bringing energy, skill, and determination to the mats. Their participation highlights the organization’s commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting judo across India.

Competition will take place on 24th and 25th January, with matches conducted across three mats to accommodate the large number of athletes.

The young judokas, who will be representing their respective states including Gujarat, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Manipur, and Haryana, will also be accompanied by VBF coaches Lasha Kisilashvili and Pratik Khatri, who will be at the competition to guide the young talent.

11) Achouba Wangkheimayum (Manipur), (-55kg)
